Definition of air terminals
The air terminals for each space are clearly and simply defined: diffusers, grilles, returns, and exhaust fans, along with their flow rates, type, and function. Everything is linked to the corresponding space, allowing for system balance checks without having to juggle plans and loose sheets. Precise, clean control that is fully consistent with the HVAC design.
Transfer flow rates between enclosures
The flow rates between enclosures are automatically calculated based on the defined pressures and relationships between them. The software determines the flow required to maintain the correct gradient, preventing inconsistencies and saving time on manual balances. Each transfer is associated with its corresponding spaces, making it clear, consistent, and ready for review.
Interior equipment
The equipment in each room is managed from a single panel, including FFUs, HEPA boxes, fan coils, technical furniture, and any other equipment relevant to the design. The software also takes into account special elements such as extraction hoods and biosafety cabinets, automatically integrating their flow rates and requirements into the room's balance. Everything is linked to the corresponding space, organized, and ready for review without getting lost among lists, plans, and sticky notes.
AI-generated FDS
The FDS module automatically generates the functional documentation from the project's actual data, without generic templates or filler text. AI transforms your systems, facilities, flow rates, and requirements into clear, organized documentation that is consistent with the URS (Unique Regulations).
